Is my schedule locked in as soon as I submit this form?
Not yet. This form composes your request into a WhatsApp message, and the schedule is only fixed once our team replies and confirms. We chose this deliberately: treatment rooms and doctors’ schedules change daily, and systems that lock slots without a human check often end in visits that must be cancelled.
Does The Mercy Clinic store what I fill in?
No. Your entries are never sent to our servers and never enter any database. Everything is composed into text inside your own browser, then moves straight into your own WhatsApp. After that, all we have is the WhatsApp conversation you started.
What if I do not know which treatment I want yet?
Just leave the service field blank; the first dropdown option exists exactly for that. Our team will ask about your concerns and goals first, and for some procedures the doctor decides after an in-person examination.
Can I book for the same day?
Yes, as long as slots remain. The time list automatically drops hours that have passed and keeps a one-hour buffer, so you have time to travel and our team has time to prepare. If today’s slots are gone, the options move to the next open day.
What are the visiting hours?
The Mercy Clinic Jakarta is open Monday - Saturday, 09.00 - 19.00 WIB. The Mercy Clinic Balikpapan is open Open daily, 10.00 - 21.00 WITA. The last appointment at each clinic is one hour before closing, and this form already follows that rule on its own.
I would rather not fill a form. Can I just chat?
Of course, that is completely fine. WhatsApp links for both clinics sit right below the form, and the WhatsApp button is always in the corner of your screen. The form exists for people who prefer to sort out a date first; it is not a requirement.
